Warface Returns to Steam and Celebrates Halloween

On October 15, tactical shooter Warface became available on Steam — players can now claim login rewards and join the Night of Spirits event featuring Halloween-themed content.

Publisher and developer Astrum Entertainment announces the release of the multiplayer tactical shooter Warface on Steam. To celebrate the launch, players will receive a unique achievement and weapons from the Mechanics series.

All those who log into Warface between 6:00 PM on October 15 and 9:00 PM on October 16 will receive the Emperor achievement. Players who log in via Steam during the same time will get an additional gift set: weapons from the Mechanics series for 7 days — AK-12, Chiappa Triple Threat, Gilboa Snake DBR, AS50, and HX Outdoors Trident Mechanics permanently. Rewards will be distributed between October 17 and 20.

Ahead of Halloween, Warface launches the Night of Spirits event featuring an updated PvP mode — Infection. At the start of each round, three random players become infected and turn into zombies after a few seconds. Their goal is to infect all survivors, while the humans must stay alive until the end of the four-minute round, avoiding infection and using power-up items that appear on the map. Victory goes to the side that completes its objective before time runs out. The event takes place on maps Motel, Suburb, and Ruins, all enhanced with immersive Halloween decorations: ghosts, pumpkins, and unexpected jump scares to keep players on edge.

Participation in the event earns players reputation points that unlock guaranteed rewards. On the progression showcase, players can collect weapon cards from the mystical Demons series, which includes Chiappa Triple Threat, FAMAE SAF-200, M14 Crazy Horse, and the legendary Type 97, a new contender for the top assault rifle title. Additional rewards include Cyberwolf, Cyberbear, and Cyberreaper character skins, along with a collection of weapon stickers compatible with A-545, PA EG240, and MSMC.

The event also introduces a new agent — Navya, an elite medic inspired by the Dark PMC comic. Her arsenal features an exclusive Demon Slayer axe, and her visual design was created by the MOLOT HARDCORP studio.
