Summer Update in Battle Teams 2: New PvP/PvE Seasons, Palace Battle, and Wyvern Weapon Series

With the update, a new PvP-season kicks off, featuring a battle pass and rewards, as well as an exciting PvE season and a new storyline. Players can look forward to the Wyvern weapon series with guaranteed epic and legendary weapons, the demonic Heart of Fire collection, and the Hot Summer event.

Publisher and developer Astrum Entertainment announces the launch of a major update in the online shooter Battle Teams 2, introducing a new PvP-season with a battle pass. Among the rewards are the Father's Uniform skin for the Breakpoint character, the Duke and Pet weapon series, the Simply Super banner and background, and other accessories. Upon reaching level 150, players will receive the QBZ-192 Console assault rifle, featuring design elements inspired by 8-bit gaming consoles. The battle pass store has also been updated, now offering the RPK and BSG-14 of the Quasar series, the Punisher character, and more. Additionally, a new map, Valley, has been added to the Plant the Bomb mode.

Summer begins, and so does the new PvE season with its own battle pass. Players can level up the pass by completing daily, weekly, and seasonal missions, earning rewards such as crystals, fragments, and memory storage. Premium pass holders will receive extra rewards, with the Sapphire modification for the Bear Trap skill crystal as the main prize.

The new storyline will have players face deadly bosses. In the Labyrinth mission, they will encounter the Emperor's deranged general, while the PvE mission Palace challenges them with an immortal witch.

Missions can be completed at all difficulty levels, but unlocking Nightmare difficulty requires completing the mission on Heroic difficulty first. Nightmare differs from Heroic by featuring additional bosses. Players who succeed in missions on Nightmare difficulty will earn components to craft a unique melee weapon — the Scarlet Witch umbrella bat — and a cool keychain.

The Arsenal section has been updated with the new Wyvern weapon series. Every 10 draws guarantee an Epic weapon, while every 50 draws reward a Legendary one. The series features unique cosmetic designs and vibrant skins that embody the ferocity of its name. Weapons include the M16A4 Marksman Rifle, a revolver, a thermite grenade, and a tactical baton. Additionally, the update introduces a brand-new skill crystal – the MK14 EBR Sprout. This cutting-edge innovation from the Stardust Laboratory allows players to summon ivy plants in battle. These aggressive vines will attack enemies with poisonous strikes and energy beam projectiles.

The update also introduces the fiery new Heart of Fire collection, with the demonic AWM Monster as its ultimate prize. Other rewards include: the Lightsaber, the legendary AKM Dragonslayer,  M4A1 Warrior of Light, RPK Thunderclap, and the Fire Dance weapon series. Players will also meet Rachel, a stunning time traveler. And to celebrate the Hot Summer event, the Storm character gets a sizzling new look: the red-and-black Fury swimsuit.
